Brand Manager

Brand Manager - Birmingham / £50k-£60k / Hybrid Working with a food retail client of mine who are growing out their teams and are looking for a brand manager. You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive food marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of consumer trends and the competitive landscape. Responsibilities: Food Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute food marketing strategy. Conduct market research and analysis. Create promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement. Collaborate on new food product launches. In-Store Food Service Brands: Develop and manage in-store food brands. Collaborate with food service operators. Create marketing plans for in-store food brands. Monitor and analyse in-store food service performance. Store Launch Management: Lead store launch planning and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Create pre-opening marketing campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across store launches. Develop and maintain brand guidelines. Collaborate on store design and marketing. Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of store development and operations. Experience with food service brands. At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within food retail. Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Deep understanding of convenience retail and consumer trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
