Responsibilities Oversee and manage the clinical team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care. Develop and implement care plans and treatment protocols in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
