Multi Trader

Job Description: They are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Trader to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades and be able to carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across different sites. You will be working on both planned and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring that our clients' properties are kept in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities: * General Repairs: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating. * Electrical Work: Carry out basic electrical repairs and installations (within your competency). * Plumbing: Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and fixture installations. * Carpentry: Execute carpentry tasks including door fitting, window repairs, and bespoke installations. * Tiling and Flooring: Conduct tiling and flooring repairs and installations as needed. * Painting and Decorating: Undertake painting, decorating, and finishing works to a high standard. * Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations. * Documentation: Complete job sheets and reports accurately and on time. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role. * Proficiency in at least three of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, or decorating. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * A valid driving license. * CSCS card (desirable but not essential). * Relevant trade qualifications (preferred but not mandatory).
