The role involves accredited delivery and assessment activities for several sectors, such as mental health awareness, counselling, understanding SEND. Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health, IAG, behaviours that challenge, safeguarding, digital skills, customer service and autism. Qualification range is up to and including level 3. Additionally, it is required to plan lessons effectively and ensure that activities are differentiated towards individual learner needs. Alongside that you will need to deliver training, coaching and assessment that effectively assists learners to develop vocational skills to develop and prepare learners for and in workResponsibilities (The below listed tasks/responsibilities are not exhaustive:)Maintain learner records Administrative & Strategy accurately, and ensure all evidence for all visits is readily available and accessible for audit and quality purposes.Implement any improvements identified as a result of performance reviews and internal quality assurance.To develop and maintain own professional and occupational knowledge, skills, and experience, including formal training, CPD and networking with fellow professionals. Incorporating self-reflection to improve practice.Ensure Math's and English is embedded into delivery as required or delivered stand alone as needed.Coaching & CollaboratingUndertake regular and meaningful reviews with learners to ensure they remain engaged on the program and that they are progressing well relative to their initial starting point.Plan lessons effectively and ensure that activities are innovative and differentiated towards individual learners, and that learner support is effectively assessed, reviewed, implemented, and evaluated throughout the learner's journey.Monitor learner's progression and ensure all forms of teaching, learning and assessment for each element of the qualification is completed enabling learners to meet the criteria for achievement of the chosen qualification.Train, assess, motivate, mentor and support learners, assisting them to develop personal and social skills to better prepare them for work, progression, and life.Take part in standardisation and team meetings and undertake continuing professional development as required.Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment to learners.Training & CompliancePromote, and deliver training in accordance with qualification and centre guidelines, including the promotion of equality and diversity and prevent in lessons.Adhere to all statutory responsibilities and ensure Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Prevent policies and procedures are followed at all times.Maintain high standards of quality and compliance and complete all contractual paperwork and documentation as required.QualificationsLevel 2 functional skills, Math's, English ICTLevel 3 award assessing, vocationally related achievement or equivalentPTLLS, AET or DET qualifiedQualified in level 4 award in the quality assurance of assessment process and practice or equivalent (Desirable)Qualified in ENTO HSS8 health & safety award of equivalent (Desirable)ExperienceProven experience of online/classroom-based learning, teaching, and assessment.Track record of delivering funded employability programs (including accredited and non- accredited qualifications)Record of working with unemployed people on programs that facilitate positive outcomesHistory of working with people with complex barriers to progressionExperience of internal quality assurance and knowledge of awarding body requirementsProficient IT skillsExcellent interpersonal skills to be able to engage with colleagues and candidates.Excellent communication skills verbal and written.Ability to plan and organise own caseload and diary unsupervisedAble to meet and exceed retention and achievement targets for qualifications and progressionThe ability to grow and maintain candidate numbers in line with budgets and delivery profilesA positive, approachable team player with a can-do attitudeWhat's in it for you (remuneration & benefits)?28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays.We pay for a Healthcare Plan once you've passed probation, which includes access to a private GP.From day 1, free life insurance covering up to x4 your salary.We'll both add money into your pension pot after 3 months.Get 25% off online learning resources for year 1 to GCSE with EdPlace.Choose what flexible benefits you want after you've passed probation - this could be buying extra holiday, dental, topping up your healthcare plan, bikes, gym membership, electric cars and give as you earn.ConfidentialityThe post holder must maintain the confidentiality of information about clients, staff and other Inspire ATA stakeholders.
