Sous Chef Role - The Jolly Sailor - £14.20 per hour plus average £2.30 per hour tips. Flexible/Condensed working hours can be considered. Our Sous Chefs are a critical part of the brigade, supporting and deputising for the Head Chef and mentoring, leading and motivating the junior team members. This role also offers the opportunity to get creative with fresh, seasonal specials. The Jolly Sailor is a proper pub in the heart of Davenport.
