Sales Support Executive

The Role: * First receiver for all incoming calls to the business building close relationships with all partners * Provide excellent customer experience for all callers whilst capturing enquiries and assisting sales process * Process sales and samples * Support RM, ASM & SAM with admin for a territory * Handle inbox overspill * Resolve any issues for customers/partners in the territory * Responsible for answering all incoming calls to the business * Actively open up and record any opportunities from customers for the territory and allocate to SAM * Process orders, sample, stock requests for territory * Provide technical advice FTR * Resolve any product issues or advise of changes to orders FTR 95%+ * Pro-actively engage with visitors to the website on Live Chat messages * Investigate and process customer complaints and returns requests proactively * Activate Warranty requests for territory * Improve the quality of data in the CRM by updating contacts and data on Sales Force for territory * Continuously improve product/job knowledge/sales skills through learning opportunities The Person: Knowledge: Salesforce CRM How to deal with difficult customers Product Knowledge Sales Process Power BI MS Office Importance of Customer Service (OTIF etc) Skillset: Accurately adding orders to system Problem solving skills Multi-tasking Deal with customer complaints Questioning Techniques Active listener Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Time Management Ability: Demonstrates and puts into practice learnings from sales academy Level One Sales Academy Problem solving skills Multi-taskingDealing with difficult customers Our Referral Incentive: Due to the high amount of interest that we receive for each of our roles unfortunately we cannot respond to each application individually, therefore if you do not hear back from us you have not been shortlisted for this role.
