Responsibilities and Duties:
The Real Estate team provides comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including corporate occupiers, institutional investors, and developers. As an associate in this team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, financing, and portfolio management.
- Advising on a variety of transactions, such as corporate headquarters relocations, inward investment, and UK business start-ups.
- Supporting the wider transactional team on real estate aspects of corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and disposals.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate law, ideally within a leading firm.
- Strong technical skills and a sound understanding of a broad range of real estate matters.
