Housing Development Manager

Our client, a medium sized Housing Association in Devon, is looking for an experienced Housing Development Consultant to oversee a number of new housing development projects. What you'll be doing: Undertaking contract management and administration, ensuring all site meetings and progress review site visits are carried out efficiently. Negotiating construction contracts and assisting in the acquisition of land and buildings for optimal value. Identifying new development opportunities to meet growth and profitability targets, leveraging an extensive network of contacts. Managing the design, development, and planning process for new projects.Financial management of projects, including invoice coding, cash flow monitoring, and budget adherence. Assisting with the development of scheme concepts and options appraisals. Managing the acquisition process of land and property.
