Job Requirements / Description
As a Technical Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of product information. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Salary up to £26,000 DOE
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering telephone
Raising sales and purchase orders using Sage Accounts 50
Monitoring order status
providing updates to customers
liaising with suppliers in relation to goods due in
Updating data sheets
Monitoring emails
Sending quotations
Maintain product database and internal documentation and assisting
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in sales administration in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
