Senior Marketing Manager (B2B)


  • Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
  • Location: Hybrid - London, UK (1 day a week in the office)
  • Key Feature: Lead innovative marketing strategies for an industry leader in education technology
  • Working Format: 4 day working week

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and strengthen community engagement. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and foster growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


The Senior Marketing Manager will:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Build and nurture a community of educators to foster loyalty.
  • Lead SEO initiatives and create a robust content strategy.
  • Craft and implement product marketing plans for target audiences.
  • Design and manage a social media strategy for brand visibility.


Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Experience in either Education or Tech- within small/ fast-growth businesses
  • Strong lead generation and community-building experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with SEO and content strategy experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with various stakeholders.
