An international healthcare company with headquarters in the United Kingdon and serving over 38 million customers worldwide are looking for Principal Delivery Lead (Digital). This is your opportunity to work with a passionate and talented Transformation team in their UK Insurance business. We’re looking for a Principal Delivery Lead with Digital project experience to join our Transformation team in their UK Insurance business. This role is accountable for driving delivery of large complex change initiatives spanning multiple simultaneous & connected deliveries, utilising the appropriate identified delivery methodology (e.g. agile). You will be working with business leads and business stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver the defined outcomes in line with business & performance unit strategies.
Leadership of the planning, shaping and management of large complex Digital change initiatives
Lead delivery teams in a matrix approach, negotiating and influencing with resource managers
Partner with Heads of Change & Transformation Delivery
Support change across multiple teams and varying team maturities and methodologies, using different methods and data points.
Act as Agile Release Train Engineer / Scrum Master
Ensure high quality relationships with Executive Sponsors
Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues across the company and with third parties to gain their commitment, support, and resource to deliver project work.
Determine when necessary to escalate to the Delivery Hub
Senior Delivery Lead professional, well-rounded in variety of corporate projects (Digital and Customer)
Agile project management expertise essential
Previous experience of managing large-scale Digital projects
Continuous Improvement backlog management experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills - gravitas to present at Board level
Highly proficient in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management
Knowledge of the healthcare Insurance market is advantageous, not essential
