Salary: £25,000-£35,000

Work Pattern: Office based

Oscar Digital have partnered with a Birmingham based events services company that are looking for someone to develop and drive their marketing strategies, to strengthen their brand in the events space and boost engagement.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will work closely with the events and marketing departments whilst managing a small team, providing creative support.

Responsibilities:

• Direct a small team of marketing and media professionals ensuring top quality output
• Build end to end marketing strategies to amplify the companies’ brand and engagement
• Networking at a variety of events to maintain healthy business relationships
• Create exciting social media content across all channels analysing its performance
• Copywriting for press releases, building and sustaining strong relationships with local media

Requirements:

• 4+ years digital marketing experience
• 2+ years management experience
