Job Overview As a Sous Chef at our establishment, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in the kitchen. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen and the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. Duties Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food preparation activities Assisting in menu planning and ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards Overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new recipes and innovative dishes Experience Previous experience as a Sous Chef working in a restaurant kitchen environment Strong background in food preparation and culinary techniques Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment Leadership skills to guide and motivate kitchen staff effectively Hospitality-focused approach to deliver exceptional dining experiences Salary OTE - £42k = salary £30K, tips £12k Benefits: Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Financial Wellbeing Assistance Flexible Working Hours Additional Holidays for long service at 1/3/5 years Company Discounts for team member dining Workplace Pension Overtime Review every 13 weeks Were looking for someone committed, energetic, and eager to be part of a thriving kitchen.
