The ideal candidate will be located between the West Midlands and Hertfordshire. The ideal Business Sales Manager - Calibration Industry covering West Midlands down to Hertfordshire, will be responsible for: Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects. Developing customer strategic sales plans. Maximising opportunities aligned with the company's strategic plans and technical capabilities. Liaising with the Engineering Managers and identify and subsequently take ownership of existing and new customer opportunities within the designated sales territory. Liaising with Key Principals and Suppliers as required regarding commercial and technical aspects of the sales process. Aiding the Engineering Manager and/ or Managing Director in the forming of annual Company budgets. Providing feedback and recommendations covering all aspects of new Customer and market areas, both technical and commercial. Negotiating terms, calculate quotations and manage customer accounts to satisfy both customer and company needs. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
