A vacancy has arisen for a suitable candidate to support within a busy Course and Student Administration Team, which is part of Student Services. This role plays an important administrative role in our support of students, contributing to the highest quality professional support, while maintaining a responsive and adaptable approach to course and student administration. As well as being an experienced administrator, the successful candidate will develop and maintain a good standard of knowledge and understanding of course content, content design and delivery of the University's portfolio of programmes, with the aim of supporting and contributing to excellent course and student administration practices throughout the student lifecycle.The successful candidate must be able to work effectively and proactively as part of a team with minimal supervision. Educated to at least A Level or equivalent, you will display a high level of communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to listen and respond effectively to queries, including those of an academic regulatory nature. You should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have experience of providing professional support and advice in a similar or related environment, in fulfilment of the essential and desirable qualities on the person specification.The UniversityKingston University has launched a long-term strategy to deliver a progressive model of higher education founded on the sector-leading Future Skills campaign.
