SaaScend is a rapidly growing revenue operations consultancy that works closely with Go-To-Market teams at B2B Companies.
We are a highly collaborative team across all departments internally and place a high importance on maintaining a strong remote first team culture. Our salesforce administrators are critical to the success of our projects and retainer clients, especially smaller, less complicated ones.
You will manage and optimize our clients' Salesforce environments across the Salesforce portfolio, including Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein, and CPQ. Your expertise will ensure our clients maximize their investment in Salesforce solutions, improve their business processes, and achieve their strategic goals.
Administer and maintain Salesforce platforms (Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein, CPQ) for multiple clients.
Support new client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and user training.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Salesforce solutions to meet those requirements.
Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations and customizations.
Provide ongoing support and training to client users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Salesforce tools.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices, applying them to client environments.
Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
~ Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their integration with Salesforce and any marketing automation tool.
~ Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
