Pembury Partners are assisting our Client based in Cardiff in the search for a Private Chef with a focus on nutrition to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on a flexible schedule week to week depending on his match schedule. The ideal chef will be passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful, healthy and delicious meals, prioritising nutrition. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.Amongst the duties:A full-time, permanent role based in Cardiff ,cooking dinner 5 per week Preparing a variety of cuisines with a focus on health & nutritionProminently cooking for one principal, but he will have guests on occasionExtensive menu development, creation, and planningMeal related budget management and shoppingUsing fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationallyExcellent attention to detailSkillset required:Previous experience within a private householdAbility to prepare a variety of cuisine’s with a focus on healthy, beautiful, fresh mealsExcellent communication skillsGreat knowledge of nutritionA personable, friendly attitudeA passion for healthy, fresh, organic cookingImpeccable health, safety and hygiene standardsBenefits and salary: £35,000 to gross per annumTo submit your application, please email Darren Lewis
