Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor (4-6 years + PQE)

My highly-regarded client are currently searching for a highly motivated 4-6 years PQE Solicitor to join their Wills & Estate Planning team. You will be playing a key role in the development of the department and dealing with a broad mix of work including Wills, LPAs, Trust work, Court of Protection and other general private client-based enquiries.


It is essential that you are a confident networker as well as technically excellent with the skills and desire to grow and expand your caseload.


In addition, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following criteria:


  • Exemplary interpersonal skills as the role will require working with a number of other professionals, including financial advisers, wealth managers and tax advisers.
  • Liaising with other teams within the business who may be involved in certain transactions.
  • Developing cross referrals within the teams.
  • Supporting the Partners within the department as well as running your own files and matters.

The initial starting salary will be between £45,000 - £55,000 and will look to increase, once established.
