Job Summary As a Floor Manager in Straits Kitchen & Bar, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Floor Manager will include but not be limited to: Monitor and enhance the overall dining experience, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house. Oversee the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and encourage suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience.
