Plumber

Multi Skilled Plumber required to work with leading Housing Association maintenance division covering the Sutton region.

My client requires an experienced, professional, and hard-working multi trade plumber to carry out reactive, responsive plumbing repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Sutton & wider region.

Work will include reactive & planned plumbing repairs on tenanted & void empty properties.

Start date: ASAP
Hours: 8.00am - 16.30pm Monday - Friday
Location: Sutton, SM1
Pay rate: 20.57 - 23 per hour, dependant on experience, paid weekly
Duration: 3 months' work, but may be extended

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing
• Plumbing experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS
