Accounts and Credit Control Assistant Location: Flint Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 ph.  Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you a finance whiz with a knack for keeping things organised and on track? Our client is looking for an Accounts and Credit Control Assistant to join their team on a possible temp to perm basis. If you’re great with numbers, confident on the phone, and ready to dive into a busy, hands-on role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The JOB As the Accounts and Credit Control Assistant, you'll be helping to keep the financial side of the business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Accounts and Credit Control: Posting payments and receipts and making sure everything’s up to date. Cash Book Updates: Keeping the cash books accurate and up to date. Credit Control: Chasing up outstanding payments by email and phone, helping maintain healthy cash flow. Sales Invoicing: Raising sales invoices to keep the revenue process ticking along. Commission Payments: Raising commission payments for the sales team. Customer Calls: Helping out with incoming calls when our receptionist is busy—teamwork makes the dream work! YOU We need someone who’s highly organised, friendly on the phone, and confident with financial processes. You’ll be comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple tasks, while also being able to handle customer interactions with ease.
