The role: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, handling enquiries and processing orders. Key Responsibilities: * Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system. * Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, and shipping information. * Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and any issues that may arise. * Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. * Maintain accurate records of orders processed and update the system as necessary. * Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders or inventory. * Support the team with administrative tasks as required to enhance operational efficiency.
