You will be involved in many activities including camping, football, ice skating, gym and community groups and events. This is a role where developing positive relationships with those you work with and help support will be so rewarding. The key tasks and responsibilities: * Complete weekly key work sessions. * Organising and participating in appropriate activities for the residents you will be supporting. * Domestic duties, including laundry. * Cooking and shopping. * Personal Care. * Transporting the residents to appointment and activities. * Support Young People in accordance with their individual Support Plan following the corrct policies and procedures. * Safeguard all Young People to ensure their safety and well-being. * Administer medication. * Ensure all personal finances are recorded and administered. * Support the residents with completing and returning any homework that has been set for them. * Liase with staff from other departments to provide a consistent approach to all person centred care. * Report any issues / incidents relaying to staff and Young People  that have arisen that day.
