Estimator / Surveyor – Drylining Established for over twenty years, our client is a specialist subcontractor who operates within drylining, ceiling systems, plastering, rendering and SFS spanning both the commercial and residential markets. Boasting an annual turnover of £20M, our client is a family run company who are well known in the market. They are busy in both Estimating and Surveying and have therefore created a new role within the company to act as the interface between the preconstruction and commercial team. Our client is ideally looking for someone with a background in either estimating or quantity surveying who will help bridge the gap on projects, working between the Estimators and Surveyors. You will be responsible for setting the jobs up once they have been won so the surveying team can hit the ground running once the project lands on site. This role is ideally suited towards someone who has had enough of being played on site by main contractors QS and looking to get back into an office-based role.
