Job Description

At Bionical Solutions our software helps Healthcare organisations better communicate with their patients, making treatment programmes more successful and helping people around the world to lead happier, healthier lives.

Our products have connected over 3.5 million people with the help they need to quit smoking and enabled medical professionals to distribute over 3.6 million personalised educational resources for their patients.

We've achieved a lot but there's so much more we can do; we need a Product Manager to guide and develop our products to help more and more people.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital business unit to become the voice of the customer and key influencer in shaping our product strategy. This will be a full-time, hybrid or fully remote role (up to you), reporting into the Head of Product.

You will drive product improvements through the entire Product Development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to our product development process.

· Strategic Influence: Influence and contribute to the overall product strategy, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities.

· Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and iteration.

· Business Strategy Alignment: Understand the broader business strategy and identify necessary product changes to implement and support it effectively.

· Idea Validation and Discovery: Validate new product ideas through rigorous discovery processes, developing them into well-defined proposals for prioritization.

· Proposal Refinement: Refine product proposals, ensuring clarity and feasibility, and guide them through the development process.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with expert stakeholders to assess risks, opportunities, and the overall feasibility of product ideas.

· Development and Launch Support: Support product changes through development, ensuring successful launches and adoption.

· Post-Launch Evaluation: Evaluate product performance post-launch, identifying successes, failures, and opportunities for further iteration and improvement.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us:

· Opportunity to work on products that make a real impact to peoples’ health and their lives.

· Collaborative and inclusive work environment.

· Professional development opportunities and career growth.

·Flexible working: work from anywhere or in our office in Willington, Derbyshire. We get together to collaborate in-office once a month so come to that if you can and for those who choose to come into the office semi-regularly we try to organise ourselves so that we're in on the same day each week. If you live elsewhere in the country we’ll of course account for that.

You will have a positive, enthusiastic approach, a passion for product quality and exceptional attention to detail. You will be a good communicator and team player, that likes to help and support people around you. You will be interested in developing new skills and implementing new ways of working when appropriate. You will be flexible, and willing and able to adapt to working with different teams, on a variety of projects, with a variety of applications.

At Bionical Solutions, we value having a diverse workforce and welcome applications from anyone able to demonstrate their suitability for the role. We recruit without regard to age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation
