Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, whilst reviewing civil infrastructure design from project proposition through to construction. Planning project resources and finances, and monitoring job financial performance. Managing technical staff, including planning team workload, mentoring junior team members, and assisting where needed. Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and schedules. Applying customer focus to contribute to the work-winning team and secure project pipelines. Job Requirements: Strong technical background in infrastructure design, with a proven track record in a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage). Experience in successful multidisciplinary project delivery, demonstrating team management and motivation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel and a desire to lead continuous quality improvement in work. Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage. Membership of a relevant professional institution.
