My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their fine dining restaurant in this Luxury hotel in Wales. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the F&B Manager and oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

The successful candidate At least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end restaurant A born leader with a can-do attitude Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service A dynamic and motivated individual
