Job Title: CCIE Network Support Engineer (Multicast) Location: 2 days a week in Central London Salary: £100k + Bonus + Benefits In this pivotal role, you will join a niche team of four engineers, delivering white-glove support services to a global network spanning the world . You will help manage and support a network consisting of real-time tick data, the backbone of global trading operations. Provide expert support on a wide range of network technologies including Cisco Networks , Arista , Fortinet Firewalls , F5 Load Balancers , and Infoblox DDI . Contribute to software upgrades , system improvements, and audit preparations, while maintaining a high-end operating environment. Leverage your network automation skills to streamline and enhance operations. Play a critical role in multicast support for real-time market data . Collaborate with the team in the UK, India, and the USA to drive continuous innovation and support global WAN networks. Assist with network expertise, working closely on WAN configurations and troubleshooting. Strong hands-on experience with multicast networks and deep understanding of market data distribution . Proven expertise in managing large-scale network infrastructure in a financial trading environment . Familiarity with Fortinet , F5 Load Balancers , Arista Networks , and Cisco technologies. Experience in network automation and delivering a white-glove support experience. Ability to work well in a small, tight-knit team while maintaining the highest levels of support and customer service.
