In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project activities related to pensions and the technology that underpines their management. You will ensure that all project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and budget, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your expertise in pension project management will be essential in driving efficiencies and enhancing project outcomes within the organisation. Proven experience in project or program management, particularly in the pensions or platforms sector. Strong understanding of pensions-related regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing project teams effectively. Ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met. Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous.
