We are committed to our 5 E's and proud to live by our pledge to deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time.Position**Expression of interest only** Location: Remote based opportunities (National)Starting Salary: £24,500Following the success of our first & second cohort of Trainee Personal Tutors, we are looking for individuals to join our talent bank of early years specialists for our next programme (tbc).As Trainee Personal Tutor, you will develop your training knowledge by completing our training programme and learn the skills to effectively deliver innovative and impactful learning to all learners. Whilst using your industry experience, knowledge, and passion for your chosen sector you will support a growing diverse caseload of learners as they progress thorough their qualifications.What the role involves: . Participating in the Graduate Personal Tutor training programme and complete professional qualification including AiET and TAQA. Motivating and driving learners to achieve their work-based qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning. Maintaining a growing caseload of learners. Ensuring learners are fully ready with a completed portfolio. Supporting learners to feel confident at the EPA Gateway. Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and proceduresRequirementsWhat we need from you: . Minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT• Minimum of Level 3 in vocational area for role and relevant occupational experience. Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car and ability to travel and conduct learner observations. Ideally Level 5 qualification in Early Years• Experience of working within industry e.g. Early Years at a senior or managerial level.
