European Delivery Service Partner Lead (Hiring Immediately)

The rapidly growing EU Central DSP Management team works across multipleEuropean countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with DeliveryService Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. We are seekinga candidate who is ready to take ownership of strategic programs andinitiatives, utilizing strong analytical and project management skills. Theprojects managed by this individual will have a direct impact on how wecompensate DSPs across our European network. This role can be based in any of Amazons HQ offices within the EU (includingLondon, Munich, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Luxembourg). Key job responsibilities - Leading strategic programs and initiatives to support the overallprofitability of EU DSP Partners. - Developing processes and mechanisms to address current challenges andenable the scaling of our growing business. - Conducting root cause analyses to assess the financial health of ourdelivery partners and creating scalable processes for these assessments. - Reporting key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, with theability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
