Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic international team. You will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the IT consulting and services landscape, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through outreach, prospecting, and local industry events.
  • Manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Own your sales performance, activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant information to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field – IT engineering would be a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years as a sales professional in B2B sales in enterprise custom solution software or technology consultancy sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting and services, including software development, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
  • Understanding of nearshore and offshore IT delivery principles and models.
  • Proven track record of consistently identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions.
  • Experience with a process-oriented sales methodologies – knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Extensive network of key functional and technical decision makers within the UK market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to interface with senior levels of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

This is a full-time permanent position based in the United Kingdom. The position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
