Role: Employment Solicitor Location: Worcester Salary: DOE An exciting chance has opened up for an Employment Solicitor to join a national multi-service law firm in their Worcester office. You will be part of a knowledgeable and supportive employment team dedicated to helping you advance your career while providing a clear path for growth. The role: Provide guidance on a variety of employment issues, including: - Disputes over restrictive covenants - Confidential information disputes - Employment Tribunal litigation - Advising employers on everyday workplace matters - Assisting with and drafting settlement agreements - Offering corporate support - Drafting contracts of employment and employee handbooks - Understanding Data Protection concerns relevant to the workplace - Enhance and share your knowledge on employment issues by collaborating with team members.
