Join OpenGenius as an Assistive Technology Trainer ***** Help transform lives with the Ayoa Mind Mapping App! Location: Cardiff (Tec Marina office) with hybrid working available (up to 2 days home working per week after initial onboarding) 5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday OpenGenius is the parent company of Ayoa, an AI-assisted all-in-one mind mapping, planning, and time management app used by over 2 million people worldwide, including DSA students and Access to Work (AtW) recipients. Ayoa is approved by the Department for Education under the Disabled Student Allowance scheme, making it an ideal tool for both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. As our Assistive Technology Trainer and Evangelist, you'll be a driving force behind promoting Ayoa's benefits to DSA and workplace managers, assessors, and end-users. You'll build strong relationships within the assistive technology community and become a trusted expert in the field. Conduct engaging training sessions and demonstrations of Ayoa for DSA and workplace assessors, both remotely and in-person Represent OpenGenius at industry events, conferences, and webinars as an Assistive Technology expert Stay informed about industry changes and competitor offerings to ensure OpenGenius remains at the forefront of assistive technology Contribute to the development of marketing materials and social media content to promote Ayoa in the assistive technology sector Proven experience as an Assistive Technology Trainer for DSA students and/or AtW (Access to Work) clients or proven experience as a DSA Needs Assessor or AtW Workplace Needs Assessor (essential) Confident delivering both remote or in-person AT training sessions Self-motivated with a passion for assistive technology and supporting diverse learning needs 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off (if on a workday) ~ Company pension ~ Stunning office environment at Tec Marina ~ Flexible working hours (Monday - Friday, with 'very' occasional weekend work for events) At OpenGenius, we're committed to innovation, inclusivity, and making a positive impact on people's lives.
