MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To assemble doors of varying sizes with various hardware to be attached. To use hand and air tools to assemble products. To meet daily production targets. To achieve required quality standards. To follow health and safety processes and procedures. To resolve assembly issues efficiently. To liaise with Supervisors. To follow manual handling procedures when lifting and carrying doors. Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, that a safety-first culture is embedded and respected. Ensure Quality procedures are adhered to, that continuous improvement and a right first time better every time mentality is encouraged. SKILLS Competent use of hand and air tools (grinder, drill, screwdriver, tape measure). Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel). High attention to detail. High level of accuracy.
