Sessional Project Worker

Sessional Project Worker £11.52 Per Hour Flexible Working Based in Flintshire. The role will be to support women living in temporary accommodation. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to; Helping with personal housing plans, helping with move on, signposting to organisations such as CAB, helping to make doctor’s appointments. Maintain regular contact with service users in accordance with the requirements of the service and no less than the requirements of the minimum contact procedure. Develop practical life skill sessions or programmes with service users as required. Work collaboratively in a multi-agency setting as required. This includes maintaining professional relationships and appropriate confidentiality of information.
