Job descriptionKYNEX are offering an amazing opportunity for a new Customer Service Agent to join our ever-growing team. We offer complete telecoms solutions to small to medium businesses across the UK, providing business mobiles, broadband, VOIP & hosted solutions and much more.Job Title: Customer Service Agent - experience is preferred but not required. (Full internal training provided)Location: Fareham office - The Orangery, Cams Hall Estate (within walking distance from the bus and train stations. Free parking on site)Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 (one 8AM start is required per week)Salary: £21,000 per annumDaily Responsibilities:Answering inbound calls from existing customersDeal with customer queries and complaints, resolving them efficientlyIdentify customer needs for additional productsQualities we look for:Has demonstrated an ability to meet and exceed targets in a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proven track record of building strong client relationshipsComputer literate, and competent using Microsoft excel, Office and WordHas demonstrated an excellent telephone mannerBenefits:Excellent internal training plans for all new recruits.
