Offering a world class hotelier service to visitors wishing to experience the best of the Cotswolds and located just a 10-minute drive from Cirencester offering a great selection of independent shops, and eateries, this is a great opportunity to work in a passionate environment.

We are looking for a enthusiastic and driven candidate to join a fantastic team to maintain the high standard of service. Hours are 35 per week with flexibility to work weekends, evenings and extra hours when guests are in residence (time off in lieu given)

This Customer Service Executive role will hold the below responsibilities:

• Ensuring the house is immaculately presented and guest ready at all times
• Deliver a great guest experience through ensuring the housekeeping operation/team runs smoothly and effectively
• Greeting guests, helping them to settle in including unpacking and house orientation
• Laundry and ironing of clothing, fine fabrics, linens etc
• Serving and assisting at events
• Liaising with the Estate & House Manager regarding maintenance and general upkeep tasks
• Caring for silver, chinaware, glassware, antiques and specialist items

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Housekeeping role will hold the exposure and skillsets below:

• Hospitality and/or housekeeping experience
• Exacting standards and a genuine passion for creating and delivering exceptional service
• Able to lay tables, serve food and drinks whilst always ensuring a friendly and professional service
• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and able to use initiative to ensure household runs incredibly smoothly
• Excellent people and communication skills
• To be proactive and actively look to support your colleagues
• Adaptable team player with an optimistic outlook and sense of fun
