Residential Childcare Trainer

Job Title: Residential Childcare Trainer Location: Home/Field based covering the North West of England Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on qualifications) Package: Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses + much more Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET). Hold solid occupational experience at Support Worker level or above within a Children's Home.  Ideally have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare (ideally to Level 5, but not essential) Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted. Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners.
