The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team are responsible for the application of planned, dynamic and predictive maintenance approaches to provide improved asset reliability and resilience to meet and exceed regulatory performance and provide cost effective maintenance whilst delivering TOTEX benefits across the operational units. As a Reliability Engineer ICA , within the Strategic Maintenance Planning Team , you will help ensure that all operational assets have appropriate maintenance plans to ensure reliability, resilience and sustainability and ensure they fulfil customer and stakeholder expectations. This is achieved by applying the right maintenance at the right time to secure cost efficient asset reliability. Where you fit in: As our Reliability Engineer ICA you will: Be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising asset specific ICA equipment maintenance strategies and overall asset technical practices and standards in line with requirements from the Principal ICA Engineer Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the asset preventative maintenance program for ICA assets Compile and maintain asset criticality and equipment risk registers Be the Instrumental lead in reviewing ICA assets maintenance performance and reliability data to identify critical assets/risks to the business and instigate RCAs for short, medium, and long-term issue resolution Develop, implement and maintain key reliability improvement processes across the YW ICA Assets including RCM, Criticality Analysis, RCFA investigation & resolution of worst performing/costly equipment Provide documented evidence of improvements and savings and highlighting risk to the Business Assist / contribute to the procurement ICA framework contracts to ensure they are tailored for specific ICA assets to provide the correct maintenance frequency and tasks to ensure reliability and resilience Be a business lead for all new ICA regulatory requirements (DWI ; EA ; OFWAT etc) to ensure all Mplans and inspections are developed and in place What skills & qualifications you will need: Degree in ICA discipline Relevant ICA maintenance experience Significant knowledge and application of reliability improvement techniques and practices Broad experience with ICA equipment maintenance Extensive experience of, and proficiency in the use of, Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, e.g. SAP S4) to develop reliability reports and the analysis of this data.
