Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a hugely successful and very well-established business who are based in the Portsmouth area    As a Customer Service Executive you will be required to: Handle  inbound enquiries via inbound phone calls and emails with the view to support your customers with their needs  Provide customers with accurate and relevant information based on their requirements. Process customer payments when required. Learn to become a proficient user of in-house systems. Ensure all communication between customers and internal departments is accurate and clear. Other team Ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships. To complete administration You will have/be: Experience within any Customer Service facing role.  Familiar with Microsoft Packages. You will have good communication skills both written and verbal. Be a team player, follow instructions carefully, and be able to show empathy to all customers. Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable. Able to prioritise workloads and work towards deadlines
