Support Practitioner - Conon Bridge

We are currently recruiting for support practitioners (FT, PT , bank staff and 2x waking night staff members) for our brand new service in the lovely village of Conon Bridge.

This role will be to support a wheelchair bound, young man transition into his own tenancy. The role will involve social support within community, attending football games home and away, cinema trips, weekly swimming sessions....
