The restaurant offers great food with regular seasonal menu changes serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and A La Carte dining. The client and is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who can deliver the highest levels of quality food their refined customers. They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar upmarket fresh food restaurants or luxury hotels with experience at Sous Chef & above level to join their team on a permanent basis.
