You will be responsible for overseeing business objectives to deliver an exceptional product and experience to their clientele. This is a hands-on role, and strong communication skills are essential. You should have a solid understanding of Human Resources disciplines and their practical applications. A strong grasp of the financial aspects of the business is crucial, along with a target-driven mindset to help propel the business forward. Previous experience in Food and Beverage or Events Management is required. The role requires working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, totalling 45 hours per week. Sound like the role for you.
