Home Delivery Driver

Absolute Recruitment are looking for a Home delivery Driver who is passionate about providing first class service to customers, by ensuring all deliveries and installations are completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Our client is looking for someone to join their team on a long term basis and be part of the family. Your responsibilities – To deliver and install where necessary all products in accordance with the customers wishes or instructions Ensure all deliveries are completed on time, to the required Company standard and to the satisfaction of the customers To positively engage with the customers by communicating in a friendly, respectful and professional manner, leaving a lasting positive impression To ensure that customer queries or concerns are handled in a professional manner Assist with the loading/unloading process from the warehouse To ensure that the vehicle is sealed and properly secured when unattended To ensure that all administration and paperwork is completed as required after each job To provide feedback to office staff with respect to the deliveries and completed jobs Our client is looking for someone with at least 1 years driving experience, delivery experience would be beneficial however not essential Hours of work are Tuesday – Saturday with Monday’s and Sundays off. Tuesday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturdays 7am until 11am. 40 hour working week This role is temp to perm, for candidates looking for a long term career. £12.00 – £12.50 per hour depending on experience Pay rate does increase when you join the client on a permanent contract
