Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the UK energy market. The ideal candidate will have a background with an energy supplier and strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and aggregators. This role requires a professional who is adept at selling services and energy solutions to businesses, with an established network of contacts and the initiative to build new connections. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including energy brokers, consultants, and aggregators. Promote and sell a range of energy services and solutions, such as power and gas procurement, renewable energy options, and demand-side management services. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively identify new business opportunities within the market and develop tailored proposals to meet client needs. Leverage your existing network of industry contacts to generate leads, while consistently working to expand and nurture new relationships. Negotiate and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships and value-driven solutions. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging energy technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to deliver seamless customer experiences. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Key Requirements Proven sales experience within the UK energy market, preferably with a background at an energy supplier. Established network of contacts with energy brokers, consultants, and other industry aggregators. Strong understanding of energy procurement, supply, and solutions for commercial clients. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present complex energy products and services clearly. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of energy regulations, market trends, and sustainability initiatives in the UK. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
