Job: Year 1 Class Teacher School: Primary Academy, Lewisham, Southeast London Salary: MPS/UPS (inner London) Start date: January 2025 Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 3-11 primary school in Lewisham, Southeast London, looking for a full-time Year 1 Class Teacher to start in January 2024. As a Year 1 Class Teacher, you’ll create an engaging learning environment and enable all children to achieve the best outcomes possible. You’ll work collaboratively with the KS1 team at this 1-form entry school. Qualifications, experience, and skills required include: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching KS1, preferably Year 1 Proven experience of inclusion and ability to engage all learners High expectations of pupil progress and attainment The school and the multi academy trust offer: Welcoming and caring team Excellent professional training An extensive support network Pupils who are proud of their school and want to learn Teacher’s pension Many other staff benefits Closing date: As soon as possible This job is initially offered as a full-time fixed term contract until the end of the academic year 2025.
