THE ROLE- Behaviour Mentor
Being a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with pupils to develop better norms of behaviour. You will be required to provide guidance, advice, feedback and support to the student. You will be building relationships with students across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 supporting with behavioural difficulties. One of your main responsbilites will be to promote positive behaviour to help them progress. Must be someone that’s able to inspire and motivate pupils on a 1:1 basis and through group work.
THE SCHOOL- Behaviour Mentor
This primary school caters to children aged 3-11 with 176 pupils. They seek to improve the life chances of all the children they serve and make it their mission to bring out the best in everyone. It is in a great location of Southwark, where there is good local transport links and parking available. Being a Teaching Assistant would give you the opportunity to work in a school where in December 2023, Ofsted rated the school ‘Good.’
