Looking to recruit a Administrator based in Stratford to join a leading Maintenance Contractor
responsibilities:
- You'll be involved in general contract duties such as correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, emails and filing, and be responsible for arranging internal meetings and taking minutes.
- Updating client systems.
- Assist in pulling together information for contract KPI's as required

requirements:
- Previous experience of an administrative role in Social housing/ Maintenance is ideal
- You will need to be highly organised and able to manage own diary
- competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and have a strong customer focus.
- Based in office on Stratford with hybrid working (2 days at home)
