Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and KPIs to meet the needs of our client. Driving an interdependent Health & Safety culture across all services and fostering excellent client relationships. To be successful in the role of Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience: Proven management experience within facilities services (both in-house and outsourced). PFI Experience is essential Strong budgetary management and financial oversight, including P&L control. Thorough understanding of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality assurance systems.
